The Wellness has its Rewards Program (the “Program) terms and conditions are as follows:

All members of the program agree to the following terms and conditions

* Points have no cash value.  Points cannot be redeemed for cash.  Any discrepancies on points will be decided solely by management.  Any liability from the issuance or non-issuance of points is limited to $1 per person or per account.

** Points are earned during the calendar year.  At the end of the calendar year, they expire.  You are automatically re-enrolled for the following year unless you opt out.

*** You will be notified of the birthday gift and must be picked up, in store, during your birthday month.  There is no home delivery or post deliver of birthday gifts.

**** Members may pick up free CBD water during a store visit only.  Offered on site only.  No more than 1 CBD water per person per month.  .

• CBD and Wellness Market (Company) has the right to add, edit, delete any and all program inclusions at any time without any liability to the Company.
• Company does not need to furnish member any notification regarding changes to the program.
• Company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership to any person or any customer for any reason, at any time it deems appropriate.
• Company Liability is limited to one ($1) dollar on any claim to the Program.
